During the COVID-19 outbreak we are reducing some of our planned and less urgent services. This has resulted in us postponing some appointments.

If you have any questions or concerns relating to the care of a patient at Alder Hey and your appointment has been postponed, please contact our hotline Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and weekends 9am to 3pm.

If you’ve had a letter informing you that your appointment or procedure has been cancelled, we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will be in touch with you in due course to re-arrange.
